Hi Cousin. I completed some research on the CT USA Lagasse clan awhile back. I found Lovina (I have her listed as Levina) and note that while a sister-in-law her surname is also Lagasse – as noted in the census. Hard to know about spelling but also note that Fred spells his name Lagase. Screen grab from Fred and Aurore side attached.

I also found a Lagasse and Gervais (married). I’m not sure the location or date of the phone book you showed but Leon born in 1934 in MA and Anita in 1940 in NH.
